    Co-founder, General Partner & Director. 1986-1995. RRS was a merchant banking & financial advisory firm specializing in emerging growth companies.
  • SANDERLING VENTURE PARTNERS, Menlo Park, CA 1987-1992. Limited partner in these bio-technology start-up and early stage companies. The fund has launched six successful IPO's and remains active shareholders in management.

During this period the subsidiary became AMI’S most profitable division on an ROI basis.  The overseas subsidiary; a $100 million dollar company with 10,000 employees, traded on the Zurich and London stock exchanges.
  • Vice President International Development, AMI, 1977-1982. Expanded the international division of AMI from two facilities to thirty-five owned, major acute care hospitals.
